It is with great pleasure that TMS welcomes our newest member, Sarah Austin as a Principal Consultant. Sarah is a professional organisational development practitioner with a passion for helping others improve.
Sarah has over twenty years’ experience where she has demonstrated her remarkable skills in the areas of leadership development, change and organisational development consulting. Across the period of fifteen years, Sarah worked for three large universities in Victoria where she built the capabilities of over 1,500 leaders by managing a highly successful design and implementation of an integrated HRIS for Performance and Development along with Talent Management and Learning (SAP Success Factors), multiple capability frameworks, multi-rater and other diagnostic tools.
Sarah is an avid and passionate learner in the areas of neuroscience, neuropsychology, leadership, communication and change. Sarah uses these insights to support TMS clients to improve culture, leadership and performance.
Sarah’s astounding experience paired with her professional and friendly approach makes her a great fit for the TMS team. TMS looks forward to working with and learning from Sarah.
