Mark is a Senior  Consultant who is passionate about helping organisations to optimise performance. He possesses over 7 years’ practical experience with expertise in Organisational Development, Change Management, and Talent Management and Acquisition. Mark has worked with a range of organisations in both the Public and Private sectors across the Australian, Irish, and UK markets. Mark has an array of competencies that can assist organisations to enhance both the rational elements (structures, systems, processes) as well as the non-rational elements (culture, behaviours, values) of the business. He draws on various models from Cognitive Psychology and Social Neuroscience to effectively impact the human dynamics in the workplace. He is well versed in conducting behavioural assessments such as DiSC.
